IT Project Manager

Pineca is a leading online brand specializing in prefabricated wooden houses and garden buildings, operating across 10 EU markets. We focus on direct-to-consumer online retail, offering a range of products including residential houses, garden buildings, garages, and carports. As a digital-first company, organic visibility and lead generation are critical to our success.

We’re on the lookout for a hands-on, organized, and reliable IT Project Manager to join our IT team! If you're passionate about driving cross-departmental projects, aligning business needs with technical solutions, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks — this could be the perfect role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic IT projects, ensuring they’re completed on time, within scope, and on budget
• Manage cross-departmental project teams by providing clear direction, tracking progress, mitigating risks, and resolving issues
• Communicate effectively across all levels, providing regular updates on status, milestones, and deliverables
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to measure project success and identify areas for improvement
• Facilitate simple feedback loops to uncover and implement process improvements
• Support business needs by assessing requirements, preparing reports, and escalating key issues when needed
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role
• Proven track record managing strategic, cross-functional IT initiatives
• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA or similar
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
• Proactive mindset with a sense of ownership and accountability
• Strategic thinking and the ability to connect technical detail with business goals
• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a strong plus
