Our Client, a Luxembourg-based subsidiary of a major insurance and pensions provider, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their international and inclusive operations team.

The Company delivers long-term servicing of EU-based life insurance policies. They are seeking a skilled professional to support ongoing rectification and remediation projects, working closely with internal teams and external service providers.


Your responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with outsourced customer services and change delivery teams to define project scope, identify root causes, and implement business/system changes.
  • Coordinate with actuarial teams to calculate customer redress and support implementation strategies.
  • Analyse functional and non-functional requirements to provide clear and effective business solutions.
  • Produce high-quality project documentation to support delivery milestones.
  • Manage third-party IT teams, ensuring accurate design documentation and traceability of requirements.
  • Lead and oversee testing phases for various project components.
  • Document and redesign business processes with third-party Customer Services, ensuring efficiency and clarity.
  • Maintain transparency across third parties to ensure project milestones are met.


Your profile:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in the Financial Services or Insurance sectors.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent English language skills (written and spoken); German and/or Italian are advantageous.
  • Master’s degree in Finance, IT, Accounting, or Business Administration is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe tools, with a willingness to learn new internal systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and seniority levels.
  • Proactive and organised, capable of working independently and delivering on tight deadlines.
