Your Responsibilities

• Consider Consumer Duty, cost implications and operational constraints when recommending solutions
• Work closely with outsourced customer services and change delivery teams to define remediation approaches and handle non-standard cases
• Build, perform, and validate remediation calculation
• Write and review project documentation, including calculation specifications and audit trails
• Respond to project and policy-level calculation queries

Your Profile

• Previous experience in actuarial roles
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) is a strong asset
• German and/or Italian language skills are highly valued
• Proficient in Excel; experience with VBA, Access, Python, or SQL is a plus
• Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Knowledge of life insurance, pension, or investment products
• Comfortable working under pressure and delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines
