Actuarial Data Analyst

Your Responsibilities
- Consider Consumer Duty, cost implications and operational constraints when recommending solutions
- Work closely with outsourced customer services and change delivery teams to define remediation approaches and handle non-standard cases
- Build, perform, and validate remediation calculation
- Write and review project documentation, including calculation specifications and audit trails
- Respond to project and policy-level calculation queries
Your Profile
- Previous experience in actuarial roles
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) is a strong asset
- German and/or Italian language skills are highly valued
- Proficient in Excel; experience with VBA, Access, Python, or SQL is a plus
- Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of life insurance, pension, or investment products
- Comfortable working under pressure and delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines
