UX & UI Designer

Are you a skilled UX/UI Designer passionate about building user-centered digital experiences? Join our team as a Senior Designer and take a lead role in the modernization of complex applications for a high-impact fintech project.

What you’ll do

• Lead UX/UI design efforts, focusing on UI design within a fintech application modernization context
• Create and maintain a scalable component library in Figma aligned with the design system
• Deliver wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for user-centric solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
• Ensure design consistency and accessibility compliance across the application
• Facilitate design workshops, gather feedback, and iterate designs accordingly
• Work alongside developers using tools like Jira, GitLab, and Storybook

What we’re looking for

• Strong background in UX/UI design with a portfolio showcasing user-centered work
• Advanced Figma experience, particularly with component libraries and design systems
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, GitLab, and Storybook
• Material UI (MUI) knowledge is a strong plus
• Excellent graphic design skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in dynamic environments
• Previous experience in fintech or financial applications is highly valued
• Nice to have: understanding of risk assessment or financial systems
