Your responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the planning and execution of strategic initiatives
• Act as the key point of contact for business stakeholders and cross-domain teams
• Define and manage program scope, planning, risks, and dependencies
• Ensure alignment with product organizations and support agile ceremonies
• Drive continuous improvement and contribute to communities of practice
• Ensure quality assurance, release coordination, and stakeholder communication

What we’re looking for:

• 10+ years of experience in technology project/program management
• Strong background in software architecture, integration, and omnichannel delivery
• Experience in E-Commerce, Retail, CRM, and Customer Services domains
• Hands-on knowledge of APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, OMS, CRM (e.g., Salesforce), ERP (e.g., SAP)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English; French or other languages are a plus
• Project Management certification is recommended
• Willingness to travel occasionally (e.g., Geneva and other destinations)
