DEINE AUFGABEN

• Du bist Ansprechpartner:in für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte in sämtlichen HR-Belangen – vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt
• Selbstständige Bearbeitung aller operativen HR-Prozesse
• Begleitung des Rekrutierungsprozesses und Unterstützung bei der Auswahl neuer Talente
• Zuständig für das Vertragswesen, Arbeitszeugnisse und die gesamte HR-Administration
• Mitarbeit an HR-Projekten sowie bei der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung interner Prozesse
• Pflege des Personalinformationssystems und Sicherstellung der Datenqualität

DEIN PROFIL

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und Weiterbildung im HR (z. B. HR-Fachausweis)
• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als HR-Generalist:in
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse des Schweizer Arbeitsrechts und HR-Prozesse
• Selbstständige, zuverlässige und dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Klarer, herzlicher und respektvoller Kommunikationsstil
• Digitale Affinität und Offenheit für neue Tools und Systeme

HR GENERALIST (100%)

Location: Brugg AG, Aargau

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as the main point of contact for employees and managers in all HR matters – from onboarding to offboarding
• Independently manage all operational HR processes
• Support the recruitment process and help identify suitable candidates
• Handle employment contracts, references, and HR administration
• Contribute to HR projects and improve internal workflows and processes
• Maintain the HR information system and ensure data accuracy

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed commercial education with additional HR training (e.g. Swiss HR certificate)
• At least 3 years of experience in an HR generalist role
• Solid knowledge of Swiss labor law and HR procedures
• Independent, reliable, and service-oriented approach to work
• Communicates clearly, warmly, and professionally
• Comfortable with digital tools and eager to explore new systems
