What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the development and refinement of the product roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Translate customer needs and market insights into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on value and feasibility.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, QA, and analysts to ensure smooth delivery.
• Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Act as the main point of contact for your product area, aligning stakeholders and communicating progress.
• Use data and performance metrics to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  
  
  

What You’ll Bring Along

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Digital, Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a digital, customer-facing environment.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
• Exposure to eCommerce, digital sales, or subscription-based models is a plus.
• Strong understanding of digital customer journeys and web technologies.
• Ability to analyze data and customer feedback to guide product decisions.
• Skilled in writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Confident communicator across technical and non-technical teams.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of KPIs.
• Basic technical knowledge (e.g., APIs, CMS, tagging, integrations) is beneficial.
• Curious, proactive, and customer-obsessed.
• Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity.
• Agile certifications (e.g., CSPO) are a bonus but not required.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English
