The HR Digital Specialist is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of specific HR system modules, ensuring that these systems meet the needs of the business. Reporting to the Head of HR Digital, the specialist will focus on a designated HR function (e.g., Recruitment, Talent, Learning & Performance, Compensation & Benefits, etc.) and collaborate closely with HR and IT teams to optimize systems and processes. The role will ensure that HR systems enable a positive employee experience and provide reliable data for decision-making.

The HR Digital Specialist for Compensation & Benefits is responsible for managing the compensation and benefits module within Workday, ensuring accurate and effective administration of employee compensation, benefits, and rewards programs.

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage the compensation and benefits module, ensuring system alignment with global strategies, monitoring performance, troubleshooting, and supporting upgrades.
  • Act as SME for the HR module, providing training, support, and documentation for HR teams and stakeholders on system use and compensation processes.
  • Lead system optimization projects, regularly review performance metrics, and recommend improvements while staying updated on HR technology trends.
  • Ensure data accuracy in salary structures, bonus plans, and benefits records; generate reports to support decision-making, collaborating with the People Data & Reporting team.
  • Collaborate with the Compensation and Benefits CoE and HR Digital Specialists to streamline workflows and integrate the system across HR modules.
  • Liaise with HR Digital, Data, and Operations teams to implement tech updates, supporting global HR teams, managers, and employees in system utilization.


Requirements for the role:

  • University degree and significant experience in HR Information Systems, preferably in a similar industry, with expertise in HR systems like Workday, including configuration, implementation, and support.
  • In-depth knowledge of global HR, compensation, and benefits processes, with strong analytical and reporting skills, particularly in compensation metrics and benefits utilization.
  • Proficient in data governance, security model management, system integration, and MS Office (especially Excel), with experience in change management within dynamic organizations.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume workloads, prioritize tasks, and handle conflicting priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships and challenge the status quo across global teams.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement and innovation in HR technology and processes.
