IT Infrastructure Product Portfolio Owner

Summary of the role:

Due to the company's growth, it seeks an energetic IT Infrastructure Product Portfolio Owner to take end-to-end ownership of its portfolio of IT infrastructure products and services. Your goal will be to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the portfolio, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering exceptional value to clients. You will lead product development initiatives, optimize investments, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure the portfolio meets the highest standards of performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Portfolio Ownership: Define and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for the IT infrastructure product and service portfolio, ensuring it meets current and future business needs.
• Product Development: Lead the design and development of new IT infrastructure products and services, overseeing their technical design and conceptual framework.
• Innovation Leadership: Drive key product development and enhancement projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Guidelines Development: Establish and enforce pricing, sales, and technical communication guidelines for infrastructure products and services.
• Training and Consultation: Lead internal training sessions and provide expert consultations on new infrastructure products and services.
• Vendor Collaboration: Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with manufacturers and technical collaborators to enhance our infrastructure offerings.

Requirements:

• Experience either in IT service design/delivery and development or in product/service portfolio management.
• Ability to create a directional growth strategy, then design, analyze, package and launch it in target markets.
• IT infrastructure management or operational experience. You are quite familiar with at least a few infrastructure resources such as networking, servers and storage, data centers, cloud services, virtualization or security.
• Strong communication, presentation, leadership and partner management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, ownership-driven work style.
• High proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

• International market experience;
• Certifications like ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or cloud certifications are nice to have but not mandatory to apply for this role.
