About the Product Design Team at STX Next

The Product Design team is expanding, and we are looking for a thoughtful and empathetic UX Designer to join us!

We strongly believe that design is a team sport. The greatest solutions come to life when you take a group of people with different skill sets and let their ideas clash. Come and be a part of a design community striving to create the very best for our clients and the end-user. Our job is complete only when we solve the problem. To do this, we leverage the collective expertise of our almost 30 person team, creating delightful experiences that people love to talk about. We're looking for someone who is excited to both contribute their skills and learn from this diverse group of specialists.

As part of our core team, you'll influence what products and services look and behave like, working alongside many stakeholders and being a key point of contact for the client.

Responsibilities

• Solve our clients’ problems by creating user interfaces that are both great-looking and usable.
• Oversee the design process from research to the final, high-quality designs.
• Share the product vision and your expertise with the wider design and development teams.
• Support other UX and UI designers in active exploration and experimentation.
• Act as a key design contact for clients, building strong relationships through clear, empathetic, and adaptable communication.
• Translate early-stage business requirements into tangible design concepts, with the full support and mentorship of your team leader and peers.
• Support new business initiatives by participating in client calls and helping explore potential solutions.
  
  

Requirements

• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial UX design projects.
• You are a natural communicator, able to listen actively, articulate design concepts, and adjust your communication style to fit the needs of both clients and internal teams.
• You are driven by curiosity and a genuine desire to meet new people, proactively seeking out knowledge and learning from your peers.
• You have a strong understanding of the digital product creation process and can recognize what makes a design "good."
• You are ready to support multiple development teams with your skills and knowledge.
• You are a team player who is critical of your own ideas and ready to adapt concepts based on new requirements.
• You have a strong command of English (C1).
