PMO - Project Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage strategic and operational projects across functions and regions
  • Ensure successful end-to-end project delivery – scope, timeline, budget, and quality
  • Apply best-in-class project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools
  • Monitor project health, KPIs, risks, and escalate as needed
  • Act as a key liaison between leadership, sponsors, and delivery teams
  • Facilitate workshops, ceremonies, and stakeholder communications
  • Develop and maintain standard project documentation and governance practices
  • Continuously improve PMO processes and project portfolio management strategy


Requirements:

  • 7+ years of project management experience in SSC, BPO, or multinational environment
  • PMI, PRINCE2, PMP, Agile/SCRUM certification required
  • Proven success in delivering cross-functional and transformation projects
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar tools
  • Fluent in English
