Project Director

We are looking for a Project Director to provide strategic leadership across all phases of new product development and product transfer projects, aligned with our company’s growth, profitability, and innovation goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all phases of new product development and transfer projects
• Develop project investment plans and manage resource allocation
• Oversee pilot production processes and ensure timely, high-quality project deliverables
• Supervise product cost calculations and ensure cost-effective market launch in collaboration with Development, Supply Chain, and Finance teams
• Manage strategic communication plans with internal and external stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and project success
• Oversee documentation and digital data management for all projects using integrated systems
• Lead country variant and localization projects, including market entry strategies and investment evaluations
• Continuously improve project management methodologies, tools, and practices
• Provide regular reports to senior management, tracking project performance through KPIs, risk reports, and progress metrics
• Lead cost-reduction initiatives to optimize product and process costs and improve efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• Advanced level of English
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, SAP
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience
• At least 10 years of project management and project team leadership experience
• Strong background in product development, process management, and problem-solving tools
