Job Overview:

We are seeking highly experienced Senior .NET Developers to join our team in Dubai on a contractual basis. The role requires deep technical expertise in modern .NET development and system architecture. Candidates must hold a valid Dubai work visa or similar that allows immediate engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-performance, scalable backend systems
• Implement solutions using Clean Architecture, CQRS, DDD, and other modern architectural patterns
• Work with .NET 8, ASP.NET Core, Blazor, SignalR, gRPC, and Entity Framework Core
• Build and manage microservices, distributed systems, and APIs with advanced design patterns
• Use messaging systems such as Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, and MassTransit
• Optimize application performance using tools like dotTrace and PerfView
• Apply secure coding practices including JWT, OAuth 2.0, and certificate-based authentication
• Lead DevOps integration including Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, health checks, and metrics
• Conduct unit, integration, contract, and performance testing using xUnit, NUnit, Moq, and SpecFlow
• Provide technical mentorship and collaborate across teams

Microservices:

• API Gateway, Distributed Transactions, Saga Patterns, Circuit Breakers

Databases:

• Entity Framework Core, Dapper, Database Sharding, Replication

Messaging and Integration:

• Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, MassTransit

Testing:

• xUnit, NUnit, Moq, SpecFlow, Integration Testing, Contract Testing

Security:

• OWASP Standards, JWT, OAuth 2.0, Certificate Management

DevOps & Cloud:

• Docker, Kubernetes, Health Checks, Metrics, Cloud-Native Patterns

Leadership and System Design:

• Enterprise-grade solution architecture, Cross-team collaboration, Technical mentoring

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 10+ years of relevant development experience
• Proven experience in large-scale enterprise systems
• Must have a valid Dubai Work Visa or equivalent to join immediately
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills

Contract Terms:

• Initial duration: 6 months (extendable based on performance and project needs)
• On-site position in Dubai
• Immediate joiners preferred
