About the role:

We’re looking for a customer-focused, data-savvy product manager to help us take the payment and checkout experience at Almosafer to the next level! If you're someone who loves solving real user problems, enjoys digging into data, and thrives on working with cross-functional teams to bring great ideas to life, then this might be a role for you.

You will play a key role in shaping how Almosafer users pay and complete their travel bookings. A background in fintech, travel, or e-commerce is a big plus, especially if you're familiar with API-based systems and multi-service architectures. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone passionate about building seamless, scalable, and reliable user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and take accountability for the payment and checkout experience across Almosafer’s online and offline channels.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (UX, Tech, Product) to design and deliver customer-centric solutions across web, mobile, and native app platforms, ensuring a seamless and consistent user experience.
• Apply analytical methods to priorities high-impact problems and develop solutions that maximize user and business value.
• Translate customer and business objectives into measurable outcomes, tracking progress and impact across the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with teams across fraud, finance, data, business operations, and external partners to implement product enhancements efficiently and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Use insights from user behavior, feedback, and market trends to guide payment and checkout iterations and roadmap decisions.
• Design and run A/B tests using tools like Split.io, Amplitude, or others to validate hypotheses, optimize user experience, and drive product performance.
• Convert test outcomes and insights into clear user stories and functional requirements for backend, frontend development, and QA teams.
• Drive team performance using agile and scrum best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Profile Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years product management experience, with a proven track record of delivering successful product launches and continuous improvements.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data, operations) to deliver measurable impact.
• Decent exposure to fintech or payments, ideally within e-commerce, travel, or related sectors.
• Good understanding of API design principles and microservice architecture, with the ability to work closely with engineering teams on system integrations and scalable backend solutions.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and decision-making.
• Proven ability to use data insights and experimentation to guide product decisions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product decisions, align stakeholders, and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
