Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary AVP – Advanced Analytics Technologies to lead the strategic planning, development, and management of our organization’s advanced analytics initiatives. This role will be instrumental in driving AI, Machine Learning, and NLP innovations, enhancing data-driven decision-making, and improving customer engagement across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the organization’s advanced analytics strategy to improve business outcomes and customer experiences.
• Oversee development and deployment of advanced analytics tools and platforms such as SAS Viya, SAS EG, SAS RTDM, Python, R, and Jupyter Notebooks.
• Lead integration and application of LLM frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Google BERT) for enterprise use cases.
• Drive NLP use cases, including text data processing, model training, and intelligent automation.
• Ensure seamless integration of advanced analytics platforms with enterprise systems.
• Promote organization-wide adoption of these technologies through training and support.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to deliver AI-powered business solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within time and budget constraints.
• Present strategic plans and project updates to senior leadership.
• Support compliance and governance in all advanced analytics initiatives.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field. Background in statistics is a plus.

Experience:

• 15 to 20 years of experience in advanced analytics, preferably within financial services.
• Proven leadership in large-scale analytics projects and technology deployments.

Technical Competencies:

• Strong hands-on experience with SAS Viya, SAS EG, SAS RTDM, Python, R, and Jupyter Notebooks.
• Practical knowledge in deploying AI/ML models using OpenAI, DeepSeek, TensorFlow, etc.
• Experience using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for AI applications.
• Expertise in model governance and open analytics.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
