💠Network engineer : Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join this team in Luxembourg. This role involves working on complex network infrastructure projects, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security for clients. The ideal candidate will have solid experience with Cisco technologies and be proficient in both French and English.

💠Network engineer : Key Responsibilities:

• Network Management & Support: Configure, manage, and support Cisco network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls, to ensure seamless network operations.
• Implementation & Design: Design and implement LAN/WAN solutions, ensuring optimal connectivity and security for diverse client environments.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex network issues promptly, minimizing downtime and ensuring high performance and availability.
• Security Management: Apply best practices for network security, monitoring for vulnerabilities, and implementing necessary patches or upgrades.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, processes, and incident resolution to support continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and client-side technical teams to facilitate smooth network integrations and upgrades.

💠Network engineer : Required Skills and Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of Cisco technologies (CCNA or CCNP certification is an advantage).
• Strong experience with network protocols and troubleshooting tools.
• Proficiency with network security practices, including firewalls and VPN.
• Familiarity with routing and switching, as well as wireless LAN technologies.
• Languages: Fluency in both French and English is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in network engineering or a related field, with demonstrated expertise in Cisco network management.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to client support and network optimization.
