Senior Node.js Developer - Remote from Ukraine

We’re currently looking for a Senior Node.js Developer who is passionate about clean code, architecture, and building scalable systems that power real-world products. You’ll join a team of 50+ top-tier professionals working on challenging, meaningful projects.

Tech Stack

• Backend: Node.js, TypeScript
• Database: PostgreSQL
• Infrastructure: DigitalOcean, Cloudflare

What You’ll Do

• Design and build scalable, secure APIs for a multi-tenant SaaS platform
• Ensure data integrity and apply best practices for backend architecture and security
• Integrate third-party APIs and services seamlessly
• Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and PMs to deliver exceptional digital experiences
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Optimize and refactor legacy systems for performance and scalability
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and deployment planning

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of backend development experience with Node.js and PostgreSQL
• Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable backend systems for SaaS applications
• Solid understanding of software design patterns, clean database architecture, and performance optimization
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure (ideally DigitalOcean)
• A proactive, independent mindset with excellent communication in English (written & verbal)
• Bonus: Experience in an AI startup or familiarity with LLMs, RAGs, and related technologies
