What project we have for you

Project is a development of a new hybrid mobile application (iOS + Android) designed specifically to support family caregivers of those with Alzheimer’s disease.

What you will do

• Lead the development of high-quality, scalable, and performant mobile applications using React Native.
• Design and implement robust backend services and APIs with Node.js.
• Optimize app performance across Android and iOS platforms.
• Participate in architectural decisions and code reviews, enforcing best practices in mobile and backend development.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with UI/UX designers, QA, and product managers to deliver a seamless user experience.
• Ensure application security, stability, and scalability through effective engineering practices.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and maintain automated testing frameworks.

What you need for this

• 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 3+ years in mobile development using React Native.
• 3+ years of experience building backend services with Node.js.
• Proficiency with JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of mobile app architecture, navigation patterns, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party API integrations.
• Experience with mobile debugging, logging, and analytics tools (e.g., Flipper, Firebase, Sentry).
• Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and mobile app deployment (App Store, Google Play).
• Strong understanding of version control (Git) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with state management tools like Redux, Zustand, or Recoil.
• Knowledge of native development (Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, or Java).
• Experience with Docker and containerized backend services.
