Cyber Security Instructor

We are looking for a hands-on expert who can deliver up-to-date knowledge and skills aligned with modern cyber threats, market demands, and industry standards.

📍 Location: Central office in Kyiv, with options for on-site / remote / hybrid work

⏳ Employment type: Full-time or part-time, freelance/contract possible

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and update training programs, course materials, tests, and practical assignments.
• Deliver engaging sessions (lectures, workshops, case studies) on topics such as:
• Fundamentals of information and cybersecurity
• Network attacks and defense methods
• Information systems security
• Threat analysis, audits, and regulatory frameworks
• Using SOC, SIEM, EDR, OSINT, and other security tools
• Assess learners’ knowledge and provide constructive feedback.
• Share expertise with colleagues and participate in professional events and knowledge-sharing activities.

What We Expect:

• Higher education in IT, Cybersecurity, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of practical experience in cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of international and national standards (NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, Ukrainian regulations).
• Skills in penetration testing, log analysis, and phishing simulations.
• Experience in teaching, mentoring, or delivering training is a plus.
• Strong Ukrainian language skills, English at B1+ preferred.
