1. Managing in house portal for employee referral
2. Stakeholder management
3. Coordinating with partners for timely closure of referral cases
4. Hire interns through client and employee referrals
5. Sourcing and screening through different channels
6. Maintaining data in excel
7. Dashboard creation weekly basis
8. Interview setup and coordination
9. Offer roll out for interns
10. Good communication skills
11. Should be good with candidate engagement
