About the Role:

As a Lead Game Engineer at our dynamic Bangalore location, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and shaping mobile games that engage and inspire. You will not only be responsible for leading the development of compelling game features but also optimizing performance and mentoring upcoming talents. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end development of mobile game features in Unity, encompassing gameplay mechanics, UI/UX, and visual effects.
• Optimize game performance across a variety of devices by thoroughly profiling rendering, memory, and animation systems.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, instilling best practices in code quality, architecture, and development workflows.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• A minimum of 5 years and up to 10 years of relevant experience in game development.
• Proficiency in Unity game engine.
• Experience with SDK integration and workflow management.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record as an individual contributor.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
