📍 Melbourne CBD | 💼 Permanent | 💰 $140K–$180K + Super | 🏢 Hybrid (3 days in office)

MUST come from a large corporate environment – financial services/banking highly preferred

Join a leading financial services enterprise delivering technology strategy, information security, and governance, risk & compliance (GRC) initiatives at scale.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver strategic tech initiatives
• Drive GRC across projects
• Design and document Operating Models
• Lead annual strategic planning
• Develop executive presentations & board-level content
• Manage communication plans and change initiatives
• Collaborate with CIO, CISO, Risk & Compliance teams
• Identify, track and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory or governance frameworks

✅ MUST HAVE Requirements:

• 5–10+ years PM experience in large corporates (ideally financial services)
• Able to identify, track and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory or governance frameworks
• Proven expertise in operating model design
• Experience contributing to strategic planning cycles
• Skilled in crafting board-level communication
• Solid background in change management and comms
