In this role, you will lead the design of platform architecture, frameworks, and cloud infrastructure using Golang, Java, AWS, and Kubernetes. You will ensure scalability, security, and developer productivity while mentoring engineers and driving adoption of best practices and new technologies.

What To Expect In This Role (Responsibilities)
Defines the technical vision for the platform, focusing on scalability, security, and developer productivity

Builds and maintains core infrastructure using Golang, Java, AWS, and Kubernetes

Establishes architecture standards and promotes engineering best practices

Oversees AWS Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, reliability, observability, and security integration

Mentors engineers and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions

Requirements
5+ years building large-scale backend or platform systems in Golang and Java.

Proven expertise in AWS cloud-native architectures, containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/CDK), and modern CI/CD

Strong background in microservices, event-driven architectures, and API design, with experience creating reusable SDKs and libraries.

Skilled in software security, observability, and agile delivery practices

Nice to Have

Capable of explaining complex AI solutions to cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with all stages of software delivery and where AI can be embedded to increase velocity and reduce friction.

Knowledge of NoSQL databases and handling semi/unstructured data.

Familiarity with distributed processing frameworks (Apache Spark, Hadoop, Hive, Presto).
