Are you passionate about Agile delivery, data quality, and leading high-performing teams?

We're looking for a Scrum Master to join a cross-functional squad focused on Finance and ERP Data Quality within a global healthcare organization.

Your Mission

As Scrum Master, you’ll guide the team in adopting end-to-end (E2E) Agile workflows that integrate technical and business needs. You’ll drive continuous improvement, promote self-organization, and help ensure successful delivery aligned with product goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and coach high-performing Agile teams
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and strengthen Agile practices
• Promote alignment between team actions and product vision
• Increase transparency and trust across the organization
• Mentor the Product Owner in backlog refinement and Agile planning
• Measure and improve team Agile maturity at a sustainable pace
• Foster a safe space for experimentation, learning, and adaptation
  
  

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience with SAP (CO, PS or other finance modules) or similar ERP environments
• Strong background in Scrum/Agile, with certifications such as CSM, CSP, or equivalent
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Agile tools
• Experience leading distributed, cross-functional teams
• Exposure to data engineering, automation, or software development is a plus
