Endpoint Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Endpoint Engineer to manage and secure enterprise Windows and iOS environments. The ideal candidate will work with cutting-edge technologies including Microsoft Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Windows 365. This role combines hands-on engineering with a strong focus on compliance, automation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Windows and iOS devices using modern tools such as Intune, Autopilot, and Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM)
  • Implement and support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Windows 365 (Cloud PC) environments
  • Configure and manage devices using Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools including Intune and Entra
  • Automate management tasks using PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph API
  • Deploy software, updates, and security patches across all endpoints
  • Enforce security protocols including antivirus, encryption, and compliance policies
  • Troubleshoot endpoint-related hardware and software issues
  • Collaborate with IT support and security teams to resolve technical incidents
  • Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, procedures, and policies
  • Contribute to both ongoing and new endpoint management projects


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrates solid experience as a Senior Software Engineer or similar technical role
  • Strong understanding of enterprise-scale Windows and iOS environments
  • Proven ability to manage virtual desktop infrastructure and cloud PCs
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Effective communicator and collaborative team player
  • Eager to learn and grow within a fast-evolving technical landscape
  • Adheres to both cross-project and project-specific development standards
  • Fluent in English and Dutch


Technical Skills Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of Azure / Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
  • Advanced experience with Windows 365 / Cloud PC
  • Proficiency in GitLab for version control and CI/CD workflows
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Intune for device and application management
  • Experience managing Microsoft Office Software in enterprise environments
  • Expert in PowerShell scripting and using the Microsoft Graph API for automation
  • Deep understanding of Windows / Microsoft OS configuration and troubleshooting


Work Environment

  • Hybrid model: 50% remote, 50% on-site work
  • Extended remote work options available after onboarding
  • Long-term contract extension possible based on performance
