We are seeking a seasoned and impact-driven Senior Product Manager (PM) to lead initiatives that enhance the engineering experience across our build, test, deployment, and compliance workflows as well as infrastructure platform services. This role sits at the intersection of developer productivity, platform engineering, IT infrastructure, and security, with a clear focus on empowering our engineering teams to move faster, safer, and with greater autonomy.
You will work closely with product and engineering teams, security, compliance, and other stakeholders to identify friction points and transform them into streamlined, secure, and scalable systems and tools.

You will work closely with product and engineering teams, security, compliance, and other stakeholders to identify friction points and transform them into streamlined, secure, and scalable systems and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- own and enhance developer tools, platforms, and workflows (e.g., CI/CD, feature flags, sandboxes);
- streamline build-test-deploy processes to boost speed, reliability, and usability;
- enable automation, observability, and self-service in collaboration with engineering;
- align platform initiatives with engineering, security, compliance, and legal;
- balance velocity, usability, and compliance through clear documentation and communication;
- integrate security and compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR) into developer workflows with minimal friction;
- partner with stakeholders to embed guardrails into the SDLC;
- drive internal platform roadmap, manage lifecycle, and address tech debt;
- ensure adoption through change management, training, and operational excellence;
- define metrics, build dashboards, and use data to guide priorities and improvements.

- 4+ years of Product Management experience with strong exposure to developer platforms, infrastructure, DevOps, or security;
- deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, especially build and release processes;
- ability to speak fluently with engineers about tools, processes, and trade-offs;
- proven track record of improving developer productivity and internal tooling;
- experience working with compliance, security, or legal teams is a strong plus;
- strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to problem solving.
- background as a software engineer or in DevOps/SRE;
- experience with GitHub, Jenkins, Terraform, Kubernetes, on-prem and Cloud (Azure or AWS) infrastructure platforms.
