The Job in a Nutshell

As a Profiling Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping our sportsbook strategy through data-driven insights. Your main focus will be analyzing betting data and customer behavior to identify patterns, assess risk, and support smarter trading and risk management decisions. You'll profile players based on their betting activity to spot unusual behavior, manage liabilities, and help us strike the right balance between customer experience and profitability. Working closely with trading, risk, and customer teams, you'll monitor live betting activity, flag high-risk behavior, and deliver actionable insights that enhance performance and reduce financial exposure.

A Sneak Peek into Your Role

• Monitoring and analyzing betting behavior and market activity both pre-match and in-play.
• Profiling players to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Supporting risk management by recommending player limits and mitigating exposure.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure sportsbook offerings align with business goals.
• Using data analytics tools to generate reports and insights that inform trading strategies.

You’re good at

• You have at least 1 year of experience in the gaming industry, a strong analytical mindset and solid understanding of sports betting fundamentals.
• You have strong proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, paired with excellent attention to detail.
• Clear and confident communication skills. Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• You are a collaborative team player who can also work independently when needed.
• Willing to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - because sports never sleep.
• Fluency in verbal and written communication in English is essential, as it's our primary means of interaction
