Product Owner (PO), Calculation and Simulation

We are now looking for a

Product Owner (PO), Calculation and Simulation

to join our team in Hyvinkää, Finland. We work in a hybrid way mixing office and remote work, with a minimum of three office days per week. We are looking for an experienced professional to join us full time.

Product Owner of Calculation and Simulation is responsible for providing business solutions at KONE. Expert in engineering and simulation area, you understand how simulation and calculation data is managed and processed. You are capable of solving technical and engineering challenges in product simulation environment and also understand application development process and have programming skills. P Owner also defines the business/functional requirements for development and creates development proposals for Calculation and Simulation areas and plans development releases to support business process improvements.

Responsibilities And Key Activities (Focus On Simulation System Maintain)

• Responsible for managing and developing KONE physics-based simulation system platform
• Manage requirements and demand management of the Calculation and Simulation area.
• Work with core R&D to turn requirements to specification and manage development and testing to final solution
• Support solution road mapping and backlog prioritization with stakeholders
• Take care of key users and licenses
  
  

Skills, Education And Experience

• Minimum 4-6 years' experience in managing physics-based simulation system environment
• Experience in implementation of Digital Twin and simulation technical ecosystem
• Strong background in engineering or a related field
• Familiarity with engineering calculation tools and simulation software
• Experience in setting up services and how to monitor, maintain and develop it
• Technical application development. Skills in C#, .NET and SQL programming is an asset
• Experience with project management and coordination
• Elevator and escalator knowledge is an asset
• Analytical and conceptual thinking, innovative, ability to think out of the box and self-driven
• Very good collaboration and communication skills in English, ability to work independently, and ability to work in virtual teams in a multicultural environment
