Lead Product Designer

We're looking for a Lead Product Designer to join our design team at MeetingPackage! You'll work alongside Artem as our dedicated product design specialist, taking full ownership of the end-to-end design process during this exciting growth phase. While Artem juggles product work with commercial/marketing design and other company-wide design needs, you'll dive deep into crafting exceptional product experiences. You’ll have the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Europe, ideally in Finland. If you prefer a hybrid model, you can combine remote work with on-site collaboration at our lovely office in Espoo. 🌏

In this role, you will

Leading product design

• Own the entire design journey from initial vision and discovery through prototyping, user testing, and that satisfying moment of developer handoff
• Tackle complex B2B design challenges—think transforming complex, data-heavy workflows into experiences that actually make people's lives easier
• Nurture and evolve our Figma design system so it grows beautifully alongside our product

Strategy & making things happen

• Jump into product strategy by spotting user needs, pain points, and those golden opportunities for innovation
• Define what success looks like and measure it (usability, engagement, conversion—the works)
• Be the bridge between product managers, engineers, sales, customer success, and leadership
• Champion user-centered thinking when we're planning what comes next

Helping build our design culture

• Lead energizing workshops, set up helpful retrospectives, and create space for honest feedback between designers and stakeholders
• Help everyone understand why great UX/UI isn't just nice to have—it's essential
• Recruit amazing new design talent to join our growing team

• You can peek under the hood with HTML/CSS and work directly with engineers using tools like Storybook
• You are already based in Europe (Finland would be amazing!)

Extra points for

• Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator skills
• Experience with AI-powered design tools like Lovable, Cursor or similar
• Experience with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics) that help you make data-informed design decisions

About MeetingPackage

We are a software company that allows hotels and event venues to sell, operate, and manage their Meetings & Events spaces and services. We improve the Meetings & Events booking process for meeting planners and event venues. We integrate with venues’ existing Property Management, Sales & Catering, and back-office solutions while delivering products to all customer-facing channels. Products include Venue & Sales Management Software, an online Booking Engine, and a Meetings & Events-specific Channel Manager. We aim to provide more than 1 billion USD of annual revenues to our venue partners by the end of 2025. 🚀
