Head of Product Analytics | DAX 40 | Customer Experience & Strategy | Cologne/Bonn (Hybrid)

AI Futures have been exclusively retained to appoint a Head of Product Analytics for a leading DAX 40 organisation headquartered in Cologne. This is a high-impact leadership role shaping group-wide strategy across customer engagement, AI-powered analytics, and digital product performance; with direct influence on retention, loyalty, and growth.

You’ll lead a growing team focused on optimising the full customer journey through customer experience management, loyalty analytics, and data-driven experimentation. Working within a modern data environment including GCP, you’ll help unlock meaningful insights that drive product and business decisions.

Hybrid: 2 days per week onsite in Cologne/Bonn

Remuneration: Up to €200k total package

The Role

• Lead customer-focused analytics across onboarding, engagement, and retention
• Define KPI frameworks to measure loyalty, satisfaction, and conversion performance
• Drive experimentation (A/B, multivariate) to improve digital product experiences
• Apply AI-based analytics to personalise user journeys and forecast behaviour
• Champion strong data governance and scale big data practices across teams

The Candidate

• 5+ years in product analytics, customer insights, or digital data leadership roles
• Experience using behavioural and journey data to inform product and CX strategy
• Track record driving outcomes in customer engagement and loyalty programmes
• Strong SQL and Python skills; exposure to GCP and BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
• Fluent in German; English a strong advantage
