What you will do

You will be a part of the team which helps customers to migrate their existing solutions to Redwood;
The main task for migration QA will be to ensure that the customer project is migrated successfully and raise any issues that may appear on the way;
Communication with the client success team will also be in place;
AQA migration team will be led by an experienced QA lead on the client side.

Must haves

Completed degree in computer science and experience with integration testing;
Experience with testing and debugging backend applications;
2+ years of Java experience with OOP concepts and collections;
Scripting and Regex;
Proficient in testing and debugging backend applications and database migrations;
Worked with various flat files like JSON, XML, YAML, etc. (This might look very basic but we have to create some nested and complex sample datasets);
Knowledge of database concepts (eg: Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL) especially fluent in writing down complex/joint queries;
Experience using automated testing applications such as Selenium;
Experience using software collaboration tools such as JIRA;
Knowledge of Windows and Linux/UNIX operating systems;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Business-level English oral and written communication skills;
Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative environment

Nice to haves

Experience with Docker;
Experience with SOAP / REST;
Experience with workload automation solutions (RunMyJobs, ActiveBatch, Automic …);
Experience with SAP applications;
Experience with performance testing (Memory / CPU load);
Experience with distributed architecture;
Knowledge of networking architecture;
Knowledge of security standards (e.g. SSL, Certificates)
