  • Oversee the identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting of key risk categories: market, credit, liquidity, operational, outsourcing, and ICT risks.
  • Support the design and update of policies, procedures, and risk appetite statements.
  • Lead and contribute to regulatory reporting (e.g., ICAAP, ILAAP, Recovery Plan, Risk Management Report).
  • Prepare and present risk reports to senior management, committees, and the Board.
  • Liaise proactively with the CSSF and other regulatory bodies during inspections, queries, and regular supervisory interactions.
  • Provide risk input for strategic projects and new product reviews.
  • Mentor junior risk team members and promote a strong risk culture across the business.

🔹 Profile

  • 5–8+ years’ experience in risk management within banking, asset servicing, asset management, or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of CSSF regulations and EU prudential frameworks (CRD/CRR, UCITS, AIFMD).
  • Proven experience in both quantitative and qualitative risk assessment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage at Board and C-suite level.
  • Fluent in English; French or another European language is an asset.
  • Professional qualifications such as FRM, CFA, or equivalent are advantageous.

Why Join?

  • Work in a global organisation with a strong Luxembourg footprint and exposure to international markets.
