Here you will be empowered to make an impact every day. As our Project Manager, you’ll lead strategic projects that enhance the CFO function’s efficiency and scalability. Working across Finance, Technology, Risk, and Compliance, you’ll manage complex initiatives that align with the company’s transformation goals in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close CFO-related projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans covering objectives, timelines, resource requirements, dependencies, and risk assessments.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, including representatives from Finance, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and external partners, ensuring coordinated execution.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and steering committees to provide updates and secure key decisions.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies aligned with Banking Circle’s risk appetite and regulatory obligations.
• Maintain clear and accurate project documentation, ensuring it complies with internal governance standards and audit requirements.
• Monitor project budgets, control costs, and provide transparent reporting on financial status and variances.

We are looking for an ambitious candidate who is eager to embrace this journey, demonstrates a collaborative mindset, and is committed to helping us build and strengthen our department.

You hold a master’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Economics, or Management, and bring strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in data analysis and reporting. With a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role in Banking sector, you have a solid background in managing complex, cross-functional projects, particularly in financial or regulated environments, you apply project management methodologies like SCRUM, SAFe, or hybrid effectively in dynamic settings. ServiceNow knowledge is considered as a plus.

Your ability to balance speed and quality, combined with excellent organizational and communication skills, enables you to lead initiatives, manage multiple priorities, and engage stakeholders at all levels.
