Lead Frontend Engineer – AI-Driven SaaS Product – up to EUR 90K – Rotterdam / Hybrid

My client is a scale-up that has built and is continuing to scale a successful AI-driven SaaS product. The international customer base is growing rapidly, and they are backed by solid investments. The product provides answers to one of the most critical questions of our time: “Which emerging technologies will matter, how soon, and by how much?” My client can share solid used cases in which customers were able to avoid to get disrupted, due to the insights of this AI driven SaaS product.

The enormous attention for AI (e.g. ChatGTP) has paid off for my client. Of course, my client also integrates the possibilities of ChatGTP like tooling into their product. But my client was already working on their vision before the current AI hype. And they craft their own AI / ML from scratch.

As a Lead Frontend Engineer, you will lead and contribute hands-on to a team of 3 Frontend Developers. The total engineering team consists of 10 engineers (Data Scientist, Designer, DevOps Engineer, Analysts, Backend and Frontend Developers). You have an above-average interest in the user experience. And you will ensure that the interaction of the users is in line with complex AI components. The team is mature and they built high quality features in a fast paced environment.

You bring:

• An enthusiastic personality, you are good with people and like to help! And you thrive well in a transparent and honest company culture;
• A minimum of 1 year of lead experience;
• Interest in absorbing AI & ML knowledge;
• Demonstrable seniority with JavaScript, TypeScript, React. My client has also chosen Zustand, Redux, Chakra UI;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical strategies and mentor team members, promoting best practices in frontend development.
