We are currently seeking an exceptional Visual Designer who demonstrates a passion for strategically addressing challenges, possesses strong skills in managing intricate technical issues, and is eager to embrace this exceptional opportunity.

This project is fully remote from Portugal.Responsibilities:

• Design compelling and user-centered mobile interfaces that align with brand guidelines and product goals, ensuring a visually cohesive experience across platforms (iOS and Android);
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and developers to translate requirements and wireframes into polished, high-fidelity visual designs;
• Create and maintain design systems, UI kits, and documentation to ensure consistency and scalability of design components;
• Deliver pixel-perfect mockups and prototypes for new features and enhancements, ensuring a seamless handoff to development teams;
• Contribute to user interface animations, transitions, and micro-interactions to enhance the user experience;
• Conduct visual QA during development to ensure accurate implementation of the design specifications;
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the quality and impact of the visual design work.

Requirements:

• +4 years of experience as a Visual Designer or UI Designer with a strong focus on mobile design;
• Proficient in English (B2/C1);
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience;
• Solid experience with Figma, Sketch, or other industry-standard design tools;
• A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality visual and mobile UI design work;
• Deep understanding of iOS and Android design guidelines;
• Experience working within agile and cross-functional product teams;
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver pixel-perfect designs;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills;
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
