Technical Product Manager (App Development / Startup Experience)

Role Overview:

We’re seeking a full-time, fully remote technical Product Manager with extensive experience in app development and an agile startup background. This role is ideal for a strategic, user-focused individual with a proven track record of managing app products from conception to launch. As technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading Inspired’s app product strategy and execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop features and experiences that align with our mission.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborative Development: Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and partnerships teams to ensure seamless, on-target product launches and continuous updates.
• Data-Driven Strategy: Utilize analytics and user feedback to evaluate product performance, making adjustments that enhance the user experience.
• Industry Awareness: Stay current with industry trends and competitor products, leveraging insights to refine Inspired’s app strategy.
• End-to-End Ownership: Manage the entire product lifecycle, from planning to iteration, ensuring product milestones are met and objectives achieved.
• Agile Process Leadership: Guide Agile processes, from sprint planning to backlog prioritization, driving iterative product improvements.
• Product Vision & Roadmap: Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for Inspired’s app, ensuring alignment with our mission to foster innovation and connectivity.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 years as a technical Product Manager in no code in app development and proven experience in startups or fast-paced environments.
• No-Code Expertise: Hands-on experience with Bubble.io, with a strong understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
• App Development Expertise: Strong understanding of app product life cycles, Agile methodologies, and mobile/web technologies.
• Startup Adaptability: Skilled in adapting to evolving requirements and comfortable with a fast-moving environment.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics) for data-informed decisions.
• Outstanding Communication: Able to clearly convey product vision and updates to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• User-Centric Mindset: Committed to creating exceptional user experiences aligned with Inspired’s mission to empower global connectivity and collaboration.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with UX design principles and user-centered design.

• Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., ASANA, Milanote).

• Background in mission-driven or social impact organizations.
