Product Manager B2B

Chaberton Professionals, Management Search division of Chaberton Partners, supports clients in the search and selection of middle and senior management profiles. Today the Group counts 190+ experienced consultants and executive board members, working locally and internationally across our 9 different offices: Lugano, Zürich, Geneva, Vienna, Milan, Roma, Padua, Paris and London.

For one of our clients, an international company based in Romandie experiencing exciting growth, we are currently recruiting a Product Manager (B2B). The ideal candidate will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and R&D teams and will act as a key contributor to achieving ambitious business objectives.

Your tasks:

• Identify customer needs, growth opportunities, and business trends by conducting market research, including competition trends.
• Define the product’s unique selling proposition and promote its positioning among the Sales team through regular training.
• Contribute to long-term sales forecasts as well as demand planning activities.
• Take responsibility for the entire product roadmap, including its development, go-to-market process, and launch.
• Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders about performance analysis and share recommendations with decision-makers.

Your profile:

• University degree and at least 5 years of international experience in Product/Portfolio Management in B2B.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Exceptional analytical and presentation skills.
• Great communicator with the ability to influence at an executive level.
