Overview
We’re looking for a highly organized Recruitment Support Coordinator to manage the day-to-day administration of hiring processes. You’ll keep recruitment running smoothly from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met, details are right, and everyone — from candidates to hiring managers — has a great experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer stage.
- Schedule interviews, prepare materials, and coordinate assessments.
- Review CVs and shortlist candidates for hiring manager review.
- Conduct reference checks and maintain accurate hiring records.
- Produce clear selection reports and ensure process consistency.
- Advise managers on recruitment steps, timelines, and tools.
- Keep communication clear and timely with all stakeholders.
Requirements
- HR or related degree a plus.
- Experience in recruitment coordination or administration, ideally in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
- Confident user of MS Office and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent English; French or another language a plus.
