Senior DevOps Engineer

DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank’s technology center in Central and Eastern Europe. Opened in January 2014, the Bucharest office is constantly expanding.

The team is made up of enthusiastic professionals who work in an international environment, learning new technologies as part of Deutsche Bank’s businesses.

We are looking for motivated candidates to join our team, working on building automated CI/CD pipelines, supporting the migration of applications from on-prem to Google Cloud, and delivering concepts for policy-as-code in GCP.

Responsibilities:

• Understands the SDLC process and controls (policies)
• Designs/Implements automated CI/CD pipelines to satisfy and close the SDLC Controls
• Supports PB teams to get onboarded to Google Cloud and GitHub
• Supports PB teams to configure and implement the pipelines for mobile apps (Android & iOS)
• Documents knowledge base articles and other materials as required.

Skills:

• A Bachelor of Science or Master degree with a major in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar discipline
• Deep technical skills in at least one core language environment (e.g. Java, JavaScript (NodeJS/TypeScript), Python, Shell scripting etc.)
• Experience in automation tools and platforms such as Bitbucket, TeamCity/Jenkins, Artifactory, GitHub Actions, GitLab
• Experience with Docker containerization and clustering (Kubernetes, Docker, Docker-files, Helm, GCP/Azure/AWS)
• Experience with building pipelines for mobile packages on dedicated platforms (iOS & Android)
• Experience with monitoring platforms
• Experience with application development and multi-platform architectures
• Strong experience in software development processes, models, lifecycles, and methodologies.

Nice to have:

• Experience with GCP
• Experience of infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
