Information Technology Network Engineer

Job Title: Onsite Desktop Support Engineer – Contract (Spain, Vigo)

Location: Vigo Office, Spain (Onsite Only – No Hybrid / WFH)

Contract Term: 3 Months (with 4-week notice period)

Start Date: ASAP

Working Hours:

• Summer Hours (until 16th September): Mon–Fri 08:00 – 14:30
• Winter Hours (from 16th September): Mon–Thu 09:00 – 18:30 / Fri 08:00 – 15:30

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Desktop Support Engineer to provide onsite L1/L2/L3 technical support and assist with project-related tasks. This role will involve laptop migration to Windows 11 (inTune), troubleshooting networking issues, supporting AV equipment, and collaborating closely with stakeholders onsite.

• Provide onsite L1/L2/L3 desktop support for end users.
• Assist with Windows 11 laptop migration using inTune.
• Act as smart hands for networking issues (Meraki/Catalyst preferred).
• Connect, configure, and troubleshoot Audio/Visual (AV) equipment.
• Perform general technical tasks as required.
• Follow provided instructions accurately and communicate effectively with onsite stakeholders.
• Maintain a proactive, problem-solving approach in all technical matters.

• Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal & written).
• Proven experience in desktop support across L1/L2/L3 levels.
• Strong networking knowledge (Meraki / Catalyst preferred).
• Experience with AV equipment setup and troubleshooting.
• Valid driving license (ability to travel locally if needed).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be comfortable with a hands-on, get-things-done role.
• Ability to work full-time onsite – no remote work option.

• Duration: 3 months with possibility of extension.
• Interviews: Conducted remotely by the hiring team.
• Notice Period: 4 weeks.
