Senior Backend Engineer

I am looking for a skilled Back-End Golang Developer to join my client - a company building a SaaS-based security platform!

You’ll be developing the cloud infrastructure for industry-leading international clients alongside a team of 15 engineers, split across Frontend, Backend, and DevOps.

This role is Sweden-based, and while it's remote-first, the team meets up 7-8 times a year, so ideally, you’ll live within 100km of Malmö.

The Company

This award-winning SaaS company recently secured Series A funding of €8 million and is now expanding its team to enhance and scale their cloud system.

You’ll be joining a team of around 50 employees across two global locations. The company culture is collaborative, humble, and maintains a start-up feel despite its growth and success.

The Role

• Design and develop robust backend services using Go
• Integrate new features and devices; build and maintain APIs for clients
• Scale and optimize the platform on AWS
• Continuously improve performance, reliability, and code quality
• Contribute across the full software development lifecycle

You’ll Need:

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Developer
• 2+ years of hands-on Golang development
• Experience in building cloud-native microservices using Go
