Product Manager – Client Onboarding & Intelligent Automation (Contract)

Location: Kraków, Poland (Hybrid: 3 days/week onsite, non-negotiable)

Contract Type: B2B

Duration: Initial 6 months (strong potential for extension)

Rate: 1300–1400 PLN/day gross (some flexibility)

A global financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead strategic initiatives within Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) and client onboarding. The role focuses heavily on the delivery of scalable, regulatory-compliant solutions powered by Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) technologies.

You will work in a cross-functional environment, engaging with stakeholders from compliance, technology, operations, and data teams to drive the development of digitised and automated onboarding workflows.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define and manage the product roadmap for CLM and onboarding platforms
  • Lead the delivery of automation and document processing solutions using IDP technologies
  • Translate regulatory, operational, and business requirements into clear product features
  • Evaluate, integrate, and manage third-party IDP tools and APIs (e.g. UiPath, ABBYY, AWS Textract)
  • Drive the digitisation of document intake, classification, and data extraction processes
  • Ensure product compliance with KYC/AML regulations and internal governance policies
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless delivery and high-quality user experience
  • Manage agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog prioritisation


Requirements

  • Proven track record as a Product Manager in a B2B environment (financial services or enterprise SaaS preferred)
  • Deep understanding of CLM, client onboarding, and KYC/AML processes
  • Hands-on experience with Intelligent Document Processing tools
  • Familiarity with workflow automation platforms and data modelling concepts
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working in Agile/SCRUM teams
