Product Manager – Denim & Woven | OXXO

OXXO is a young and innovative fashion brand operating in the retail sector. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead product development and commercial strategy within our denim and woven categories.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product strategies for denim and woven categories in alignment with OXXO’s vision and growth objectives

• Build and present seasonal/weekly merchandise plans and sales budgets (unit-, value-, and profit-based) using historical data, trends, and business targets

• Revise monthly budgets based on updated sales forecasts and category performance

• Monitor daily trade and anticipate high-demand periods to ensure effective inventory planning

• Identify growth opportunities and maximize profitability through data-driven insights

• Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and replenishment teams for inventory and order management

• Analyze sales trends, track product performance, and lead corrective actions as needed

• Conduct market and competitor analysis, including pricing, product mix, and innovation in denim and woven fabrics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Textile Engineering or related disciplines

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management or Merchandising in the fashion retail or textile industry

• Strong technical knowledge of denim and woven fabrics, washes, construction, and finishing techniques

• Strategic thinker with analytical skills to drive commercial decisions

• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and communication abilities

• Flexible, collaborative, and proactive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Creative, solution-focused, and passionate about product innovation
