Sr. Data Scientists:
- People who can help them tune search
-Semantic search
-Reranking & evaluating search performance
- DS who has done a lot of work in improving RAG (retrieval)
- Team who does this – they need to improve & tune retrieval.
-Done work on info retrieval & search relevance.
-How well is this performing / how can we improve it?
- Someone who’s done traditional search heavy ML (machine learning).
- Perfect: ML engineers, who have done bits of search optimization & info retrieval – also open to help info retrieval process again.
