We are looking for a “Logistics Project Specialist” to join our team.

What do we expect from ‘Logistics Project Specialist’?

• Responsible for optimization of current ERP systems based on business needs, streamlining processes and developing user-friendly solutions.
• Supporting API-based integrations between ERP systems and third-party platforms to ensure smooth data flows.
• Analyzing logistics system workflows to generate process maps and identify areas for improvement.
• Supporting to design user-centered prototypes and interface mock-ups for new ERP modules and functionalities.
• Proficient use of SQL and Tableau for data analysis and visualization to support business decision-making.
• Monitoring and evaluating logistics operations by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and system data.
• Preparing clear and visually compelling reports and presentations for management, based on project and process outcomes.
• Responsible for training end-users on newly developed systems and features.
• Supporting documentation and operational processes to maintain efficiency during high-volume periods.

What does a ‘Logistics Project Specialist’ have?

• Possession of a bachelor's degree or higher, and graduating from a well-known university through full-time studies, is considered an additional qualification.
• Fluent proficiency in English or Chinese spoken language is mandatory, with additional points awarded for language learning or application experience.
• More than 2 years of experience in logistics project management. B2C is preferred.
• Experienced in ERP systems, preferably with hands-on work in logistics modules.
• Strong analytical skills applied to process streamlining, with expertise in workflow mapping.
• Intermediate knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools including SQL and Tableau, with hands-on experience in their application.
• Familiar with Excel functions, strong data analysis ability; clear logical thinking and project management ideas; strong communication and coordination skills, good at expression, and ability to coordinate.
• Highly motivated and energetic, with a creative mindset focused on generating ideas that drive business growth.
• Strong experience in report writing and delivering engaging presentation content.
