🧠 What You’ll Do?

• Own and execute Slayz’s overall marketing strategy across digital, social, and offline channels.

• Develop campaigns to increase user acquisition, activation, and retention.

• Coordinate cross functional teams and external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns.

• Analyze marketing performance metrics and translate them into actionable insights.

• Keep up with trends in fintech and culture to ensure Slayz stays fresh and relevant.

• Manage budgets and prioritize resources to maximize ROI.

🧩 Who You Are?

• Experienced marketing professional with at least 4 years of relevant experience.

• Strong background in performance marketing, brand building, and digital channels.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Data driven decision maker with creative problem solving ability.

• Comfortable working in a fast moving startup environment.

✨ Bonus Points

• Experience in fintech or consumer facing mobile apps.

• Knowledge of influencer marketing, content marketing, and PR.

• Familiar with marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
