We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our growing Advanced Analytics and Data Science (CoE) team —where you’ll work on end-to-end data science projects that directly shape the future of our business.

About the Role:

As part of the CoE, you'll collaborate across diverse domains including finance, marketing, operations, credit risk, and AI applications. Our projects are fast-moving and solution-oriented, often launched from scratch and built into production in weeks. You'll have the chance to work with top-tier talent, develop scalable solutions, and present your work to senior leadership — driving real business impact at every step.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and contribute to end-to-end data science projects: from business understanding to model deployment
• Design, prototype, and implement machine learning and AI solutions using Python
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in finance, marketing, risk, and operations to deliver actionable insights
• Translate business problems into data science opportunities
• Ensure high code quality through version control (Git), code reviews, and adherence to software development best practices
• Query and manipulate data using SQL and manage workflows using bash and automation tools
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines for ML/AI deployment
• Communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI, ML, and data science tools

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field, Economics, or Finance
• 3+ years of relevant experience in data science, advanced analytics, or applied ML
• Expertise in Python and common data science libraries (pandas, scikit-learn, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and fluency in SQL
• Hands-on experience with ML and AI algorithms
• Exposure to bash scripting and workflow automation
• Experience working in agile teams
• Familiarity with Git and collaboration tools
• Strong understanding of software development best practices
• Exposure to CI/CD practices for data science or ML pipelines
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
