Freelance Web Designer

ABOUT THE ROLE

A front-end web developer is needed to build a single-page website that allows community members to pay fines. The page must be developed using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with an emphasis on clear layout, ease of use, and responsiveness across devices. The completed page should enable users to input payment-related information and prepare for integration with a third-party payment provider. The integration itself will be handled separately. The developer will be responsible for delivering the raw source file of the completed page. This project is remote and must be completed within one week.

Requirements

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience building responsive single-page websites
• Ability to create clean, maintainable, and well-commented code
• Familiarity with form handling and basic front-end validation
• Understanding of best practices for user interface and accessibility
• Must deliver fully functional raw source files ready for payment integration
• Ability to work independently and meet a one-week deadline
• Remote work only; no on-site presence required
