Telenor Linx is looking for a Customer Strategy Lead to help shape and grow our global MNO partnerships. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in strengthening our commercial relationships and delivering value to our partners across the Nordics and beyond.


About the role


As Customer Strategy Lead at Telenor Linx, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping our international growth agenda. Acting as a strategic bridge between Telenor and global operators, you'll help identify, capture, and scale opportunities that go beyond traditional connectivity. This is a high-impact role where commercial acumen meets hands-on execution.


You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across Telenor and our partners, tackling complex challenges and driving initiatives that unlock new revenue streams across our global customer base. You’ll join an ambitious, international team spanning Europe and Asia, with occasional travel to support collaboration and delivery.


What You will Do:


✅ Shape strategic direction for our Nordic and European markets by analyzing data, customer insights, and market trends across our service portfolio.


✅ Identify and drive new commercial opportunities


✅ Lead commercial negotiations with mobile network operators (MNOs)


✅ Develop relationships with key stakeholders across MNOs, becoming a trusted advisor and long-term partner


✅ Create best in class Customer Success model, with scalable processes, structure and measurable outcomes


✅ Act as the strategic advisor to the Chief Customer Officer


Who you are:


✔ You hold a higher education degree, preferable in Industrial Economics and Technology Management, International Marketing, MBA or similar


✔ Proven ability to work with stakeholders on all levels and drive negotiations


✔ Experience working within large organisations and/or international business

✔ English business language, in addition to a Scandinavian language


✔ Self driven, passionate about data and love to strike a good deal


✔ Background from management consulting or similar roles
