We're recruiting an Enterprise Agile Coach for leading bank in Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and train Agile teams, delivering engaging sessions on Scrum, Agile Scaling, DevOps, and Value Stream concepts to transition legacy teams.
• Facilitate OKR workshops, guiding teams to define clear value stream goals and visions.
• Train Product Owners and support effective backlog prioritization for quarterly planning.
• Drive quarterly planning sessions, aligning business, tech, and support teams for cohesive delivery plans.
• Conduct maturity assessments, develop frameworks, and track KPIs in value delivery, customer experience, architecture, speed, resilience (DORA), and compliance

The position is paying competitive salary on a 12 month renewable contract with the potential to convert to a permanent employee.
